SOY PROTEIN CONCENTRATE (SPC)

Protein (db): Min. 60, 65, 68 or 70%
For use as an ingredient in processed meat products.
Use method: the product must be incorporated into the formulations according to the recommendations of use of general proteins.

TEXTURED SOY CONCENTRATE (TSC)

TSC is made by steam extruding Soy Protein Concentrates to obtain small textured granules. Functional Soy Protein for use in processed product formulations with high water absorption capacity.

TEXTURED SOY PROTEIN (TSP)

Textured Soy Protein is a product derived from defatted soy flour. It is available in granular and powdery colors, rosy, natural and caramel. With high water absorption capacity.

ACTIVE AND INACTIVE SOY FLOUR (ADSF / IDSF)

Defatted Active and Inactive Soy Flour, obtained from selected Soybeans, produced from the process of preparation and extraction of oil.
